Liked: it was nice and in a good location, however, it was not a good place to meet people. there was no place to hangout or relax besides a kitchen table. also, i paid for the internet and wasnt really allowed to use it and when i did i was rushed.

Liked: Very friendly staff. The place was really clean and there was hot water for the showers. Awesome location for all the sights. Great to drop off our bags because it is right by the train station and then head out.

Liked: Its actually a nice quite apartment. Great location close to Florence SNM Station. Overall good value for money. Lots of places to eat around. Try the fixed price breakfast at Risorante Sabatini near there.

Liked: The location was great and the hostel was VERY clean which are my top priorities. I traveled with two other girls and and we all felt very safe and comfortable. Definitely worth the money.

Liked: The staff (Giussepe from Brasil) is very nice, you can ask him anything and he will try to help you. The kitchen is so good with all for cook a good meal :D and you have the opportunity of make some friends if you want. Is a little small but is better for know a better the other travellers. Is a little difficult to find the hostel for the system numeration of the streets in Florence but the hostel is there so dont worry jejeje.
