Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at Euro Student. The staff were great to talk to and I loved meeting all the others in the hostel. It was a really great time staying at this hostel. The location is great- right in the middle of the city and an easy walk to see all the places we wanted to see.

Disliked: Taylor left no negative feedback.

Liked: The staff was quite nice. They organized students out for parties and that was quite cheerful. It's provided with free wifi (but almost every hostel got that!)

Disliked: The smell of the room, well of course, 10-12 people stucked in one small room. The location isn't convenient at all! I was lost and had to ask strangers to find my way there, which in total took me more than 1 hour!

Liked: Party in the common room and good music and free night out by staff to the nearest clubs all free.. i will love to stay there again for sure..

Liked: The location...thats it. And it was not worth it to stay there...I would have rather walked 20 min to the city centre.

Disliked: Everything. This place needs to be shut down.

Liked: LOT of party going on there i felt so happy when met all the travellers from all over the world ... and drinking games ohhh yeaaa worth it...

Liked: Staff was fun, got to know your name. The age group here was on the younger side so there was a good night life gong on. Very affordable, all in all a nice accommodation.

Disliked: Not enough power outlets, there can be up to 70 people (though not often) and there are only two restrooms. Also the top bunk DES not have a ladder, so might be a little difficult to get into the bed

Liked: It's location was excellent, right in the heart of many sights worth seeing.

Disliked: The facilities were basic, and the lock out time from 11-4 is very long and inconvenient.

Liked: The hostel is just in the city centre. They give you keys so that you can get in and out whenever you want

Disliked: No bed buds, fortunately, but anyway it's not really clean. And you can't stay in the the hostel between 11 am and 4pm for the cleaning

Liked: The staff are really friendly and really nice. The Hostel is quite small, but in a really central location, free sangria parties on a friday and saturday night!! Would reccommend you stay over the weekend! I miss it already!

Disliked: There could be an extra shower or two...

Disliked: everything ...4th floor, no lift, no mention of this on site. they have bed bug! i should have read the reviews before i booked! they told me they were mozzie bites, i think i know the difference!! He didnt even care that i had been biten or acknoledge i got them at the hostel! rude.

Liked: i enjoyed my stay in eurostudent home bcoz i travell alone i meet lot of people here all like to party .. sangria night was great here free wine was great and some shots and went to free disco... i like this place.

Liked: PARTY all night ..good for young travellers freee sangria and free shots i will stay there again when i come back again to florence!!! staff are very kind !!!

Liked: friendly staff and easy to meet lots of people (which is great since I was traveling by myself). The hostel is in a great location, about halfway between the duomo and the ponte vecchio. I heard there are some great parties that happen there on the weekend, but I missed that by a day

Disliked: They need another bathroom for how many people are there.

Liked: Location

Disliked: Bed Bugs! Place was filthy, and of the two bathrooms (one toilet and shower in each bathroom), only one was even remotely clean, and people were waiting an hour to shower.

Liked: nothing

Disliked: This hostel has bed bugs. The staff are aware of it and keep a huge pile of mattresses in a spare room which they swap onto the bunks when people complain. I woke up covered in bites and when I showed a bed bug that was on my sheet to the guy he got angry and ripped the sheets from the bed. This hostel is dirty and you should definitely not stay there.

Liked: It was close to the rail station and the staff was easy to talk to.

Disliked: BEDBUGS. THIS PLACE SMELLED LIKE TOO MANY HUMANS IN ONE PLACE FOR TOO LONG WITHOUT ENOUGH CLEANING. RIDICULOUSLY CROWDED AND NO PLACE TO LOCK YOUR THINGS. ONLY STAY HERE AS A LAST RESORT. I'M ITCHING RIGHT NOW JUST THINKING ABOUT IT.

Liked: the location was perfect..the price was cheaper than anywhere else we found

Disliked: no locks on the doors, u have to be out from 10-4 every day which sux when you want a relax day, fans are crap-and florence gets really hot, lots of stairs which is hard if your bag weighs a bit, 2 bathrooms for heaps of people and you will end up waiting for ages

Liked: Everything, almost! All the above I mentioned good are actually awesome. Like the fact that you can use the kitchen!

Disliked: 1)The direction to the hostel in the site. No body around knows this place, it may need a sign board at least in 3 different places. 2)They don't sell towels 3)Itz in like 3rd floor, no elevator.

Liked: Location, open atmosphere for meeting people

Disliked: First off, the directions from the train station to the hostel were not clear at all - when I first arrived, I wasn't sure I was going in the right direction so I called the hostel for directions. The staff member was not helpful at all, telling me to just ask around for directions to Piazza della repubblica, even when I told him the name of the street I was on as a reference point. Second, the hostel was trying to fit 25+ people into 2 or 3 small rooms - my friend and I were surprised to find that we were placed in a 10-bed room when we had reserved an 8-bed room... and there were 14 beds in another room that was supposed to only have 10 beds. It was way too crowded, and at night it got way too hot and claustrophobic in the room. Third, there were only 2 bathrooms, only one of which had hot water. Since there were so many people, there was always a line to use the bathroom and/or shower no matter how early you woke up. To top it off, the bathrooms weren't even clean. Fourth, I felt the staff was friendly enough but they didn't conduct themselves in a professional manner.
