From the station:
Exit the main entrance of S.M.N train station. You will see a church in front of you; take the street on your left, called Via Panzani. Walk straight on to Piazza S.Giovanni, turn right to via Roma. This will take you to Piazza Della Republica, walk straight on to via Calimala, and continue forward onto Por S. Maria and head towards the old bridge (ponte vecchio). Take the third left turning off Por S.Maria and continue walking until you get in to the square. We are at No 1. We also have a lift ( elevator ). Get on and we are on the 3rd floor.
