Liked: It was a modern, lovely place to stay. The price was reasonable. The stuffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean with a convenient kitchen. And there were two supermarkets near the residence.

Disliked: The property was not so close to the central station, you would have to take the a bus to go there and the kitchen was not free to use.

Liked: It was big and spacious, good facilities. Even though it was not central it was very easy to get to via the 22 bus!

Disliked: Nothing really, the only downside was the traffic noise.

Liked: very clean, big kitchen to do your own cooking. comfy beds.

Disliked: not many things to do around the hotel at night, you have to travel into the center.

Liked: It was great place to stay, the best hostel I've ever been! Clean, very well and good styled equiped, safe, friendly. It's absolutely worth the value you have to pay for it!

Disliked: The only and very little disadvantege is that not too close to the center, but you can catch a bus and reach the center in 20-25 minutes.

Liked: Excellent apartment, clean and modern furniture and decoration. Helpful staff and information in room, bus stop right in front of the apartment, easy to move around and really nice restaurants around the area. Will go back again anytime.

Liked: as a couple we found it a little far from downtown, but gives the best for the moneywifi in the room would be nice.

Liked: Was surprised that it was a hostel and not a hotel given how nice and clean the rooms were Rooms had comfortable beds, full kitchen, closet space, hot showers. Also could not believe that it only cost €9 a night. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. Only drawbacks is it's about a 10 minutes bus ride from center city and since it is more like a hotel, it is not the best place to meet people if that's what you want. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Very nice, clean, spacious modern apartment. Unfortunately it is located some distance from the centre of town and the tourist spots. There are two buildings and the one my apartment was in was separate from that with the reception. It was on a main road and while a little noisy (traffic) there was a bus stop outside, the bus into town was quick and the staff at Quadra Key sold me a bus ticket and gave a very clear explanation of where to get on and off and how to use the bus. There was a lovely little restaurant just downstairs as well.

Liked: The heating of the room is very poor. There is just air conditioner in the room but hardly keeps the room warm enough. There is also problem with the hot water: it becomes cold after some time and you may have to continue your shower with a very cold water.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful, the management was flexible on letting me stay longer than I initially planned, it is a 3 minute walk from the bus stop. Apartment is so clean you can eat off of the floor, modern amenities, and highly secure access. If/when I ever go back to Florence, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Top notch in all categories.

Liked: I suggest accomodation in Quadra Key Residence to all: young persons and families. Apartments are new, clean and comfortable and internet is free! Then the Residence is very near to the centre of Florence: only 10 minutes by bus! Staff is very kind and helpful! A wonderful place!
