 The staff were possibly the most helpful and most friendly I have ever come across at a hotel/hostel. They made us feel relaxed and welcome from the moment we stepped over the threshold. The room was as good as any budget hotel I have stayed in (actually very spacious) and the hostel was quiet. It is a llittle walk out of the city, which did tell on our feet for the first few days, but in walking this route we discovered hundreds of excellent restaurants out of the tourist centre--far too many to try in a week. Proximity of the supermarket was useful for fruit/snacks/wine. Could go on with my positive opinions of the place but you really ought to see for yourselves!

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was on a convenient bus route into town. It was very clean. The rooms were serviced every day with clean towels every day. I had a big room. There were nice sitting areas with posh Italian magazines to read. Handy coffee machine in breakfast area. Free buns and juice in the morning. Receptionist booked my entrance tickets for the Uffizzi and the academia. Much appreciated.

The room was spotless clean every day. The staff is very helpful but it is not a place to meet people. Also, it quite far from the train station, about 25 min walk, which means is quite far from the tourist places. But, if you don't mind walking... There is a supermarket right on the corner and several little restaurants around.

Staff were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. The rooms were nice & clean. The location was great- only a short walk into town.

I really like the room, it was very big and we had a lot of space. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was very nice. The location wasn't really good because is on the other side of the river, but it's near to the brigde and you have 3 buses which bring you to the center!

The immediate neighborhood was nice. The bathroom was good. Our room was spacious and had shelves and tables.
