Sean MurphyCozy, clean, come and go as you please, maids were very nice, and front was ready to help. They had an english speaking employee but most know the basics. Must need approximately 30 minutes to reach the train station and other attractions in Flourence, by foot. |

Customer reviewStaff were very helpful. Location is a bit out from the center but the walk to the train station was only 15-20 mins and Florence isn't that big so it wasn't a problem walking. There are busses too. There are quiet rules and reception is closed overnight but the room was clean and safe. |

Marc GreenhillThis is a fairly typical hostel in terms of facilities, but the friendly, bilingual staff make this hostel stand out from the pack, especially if your Italiano is a bit lacking. We we're given a map of the city and explained where all the services were located such as buses, post office, laundry etc. Only drawback is it's a testing walk from the train station with luggage if you don't want to take a taxi (about 12 euro for us) or not confident uses buses when you've just arrived. |

Customer reviewsitting space outside, and coffee vending machine, supermarker with hot food close by. Good security. Clean and quite rooms Did not like - no free internet, having to deposit a personal belonging for room keys (such as driver license, or passport), and high cost (250Eur) for the loss of a key |
