The Hotel is located in Dolo, one of the town along the Riviera del Brenta just 15 km from Venice and Padua.

The Hotel Villa Gasparini is a historic hotel situated in Dolo, a small town along the river Brenta, 15 km away from Venice and Padua.
The hotel is well-connected by public transport to the Piazzale Roma terminal in Venice and the Piazzale Boschetti terminal in Padua (both trips take about 30 minutes). The stop is 20 meters from the hotel and buses run approximately every 20 minutes, saving tourists the hassle of driving in unknown areas
 
Villa Gasparini was built in the 18th century by the Venetian family carrying the same name as a summer country house. At the time, well-to-do people enjoyed spending the summer in their elegant abodes at the gates of Venice, known as “villas”, in a relaxing landscape amongst parks, fields and the river.
 
Following various events through the centuries, by a whim of fate, Villa Gasparini came back into the hands of the descendants, who renovated the building, turning it into a hotel. Hotel guests can therefore consider themselves guests of the Gasparini family and will be welcomed in an unconventional, very intimate environment, surrounded by the echoes of splendour and by memories of the past.

The rooms of the Hotel Villa Gasparini are small gems, in which history, elegance and the state of the art merge into something unique.
Every single detail was honed by the owners, Michela and Riccardo, who constantly endevour to create something pleasant, involving and comfortable at the same time: textiles, furniture and accessories that belonged to the family, alongside the most modern comforts, in order to offer the best of welcomes to the guests of the Hotel Villa Gasparini.

The comfort of a double bed even when you’re traveling by yourself, for work or pleasure, in a fascinating antique context. The large crystal shower box in the bathroom has a powerful mixer with enveloping sprinkles. Furniture and accessories: completely Venetian-style exquisite and gracious treasures.
 
Classic double
 
Some of the rooms enjoy the privilege of an independent entrance onto the garden, others open into the main hall of the hotel. The common leitmotiv is a sober elegance in a historic context: soft textiles with typical Venetian colours, Murano glass appliques in some of the rooms, floors dating back from the end of the 17th century or gold-shot antique curtains in others. Everyone can live a little history in this mansion of the Venetian nobility.

Family rooms
 
These are spacious rooms, ready for parents who don’t give in to the difficulty of taking their children on cultural holidays. The rooms are elegant and comfortable and feature a Jacuzzi bathtub: a morning hydromassage will prepare parents for the daily effort and an evening one will relax the children before bedtime.
 
 

Location Information

Located right at the heart of the Riviera del Brenta, the hotel allows to comfortably visit the Veneto villas and their parks, sumptuous holiday houses built by Venetian nobles from the 17th century, some of which are the work of the famous Andrea Palladio. Many of them are public, others are private, but can be visited by previous reservation. Villas can be visited in a number of ways: by driving or riding a bus along the main road on the side of the river or following the bicycle routes along the river Brenta (bicycles can be rented at the hotel). The most fascinating way to carry out your visit, however, is the old waterway, where the traditional boats, the burchielli still sail (advance booking with one of the companies organizing the traditional trips is necessary).
