Liked: Unique accommodation. If you follow their road guide easy to find. Welcoming owners .Good hostel type breakfast. Best thing of all was their accommodation-as the farm is halfway up a mountain the view,especially at night up the valley was memorable.As a family of five we all voted it as the one place we would all like to return to

Liked: It's a beautiful place surrounded by nature, but if you're looking for anything else: restaurants, bars, shops, ... you're not in the right place.

Liked: This place is paradise and everyone who loves the mountains, great food and wonderful hosts should stay here. Senore Bonfiglio and family are so warm and welcoming. Senora Julia is a fabulous cook and everything she makes is so delicious. All cheeses pastas, jams, breads, and every item on their dinner menu is homemade. Breakfast is breads, cheeses and the most delicious raspberry jam from their own raspberry patch! The famiy is multi-lingual, too!! It is better to have your car, altho we did not and Antonio drove us back and forth to Argegno.

Liked: May not be a view of Lake Como, but the view is still incredibly beautiful! (Como is just down the mountain and around the corner) The people are sweet and friendly and the home cooked, organic food was superb. Our rooms was definitely cozy & UBER romantic! It was such a personal service that we felt like it was all ours, even though there were other guests. Our 'Farm Holiday' was fantastic!*EXTRA NOTES: The fireplace is an extra 20 euros. Restaurant is closed on Mondays. Dinner is extra, but totally worth it! A rooster will wake you up, but we enjoyed that part; no beeping alarms! Be sure to wander the grounds, that's part of the fun!

Liked: Al Marnich is a real slice of paradise. Each room has stunning views, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The ownders bend over backwards to help you out. The food (all local produce) is delicious - even arriving at 11.30pm we were able to order some wine and cheese. There are wonderful walks in the mountains from right outside the front door. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Liked: Our stay was very relaxing with the beaufiful veiw, idilic country location and helpful hosts. Great place for anyone interested in organic farming, home-grown italian food, bushwalking or just relaxing. The rooms were clean and full of character and big tick for the homegrown foods at breakfasts and dinner! Would be difficult to get too without a car.

Liked: the location, in the hills and the friendliness of the staff, all with local knowledge and able to speak good english as well as french and italian. This is ideal for getting away to hill tops full of silence and fabulous views within walking distance direct from the hostel. Getting to the hostel without a car can be costly. Overall a really good feeling and totally regenerated.

Liked: I wouldn't classify this as a hostel. It had private rooms (with bath)that are very new and tastefully decorated. The staff is more than accommadating. We didn't have a car so, they came to pick us up.Their food was the best I had in Italy. The value for everything was well worth the $200 we paid, but this place should not be recommended as a budget hostel due to price and location. But, for those willing to spend some money, I highly recommend the experience!!!!! Great place, great people!!!!!!
