Liked: Didn´t like much. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The walk up those damn stairs is brutal so don´t even think about bringing any luggage other than a small backpack. Hot water kept going in an out so we had to walk all the way down the 300+ steps only to be told by a very unfriendly man that there was nothing he could do before we had to walk all the way back up. It was the cheapest option when we were looking to book a hostel but i would go ahead and pay extra to stay somewhere decent.

Liked: We stayed in an apartment with six other people (there were two of us), and had a great time. The other people in the apartment were fun and nice...if they were not, it would not have been such a good experience. Two things to know about this place- the office is really accessible from the train station, but the actual apartments are at the top of about a billion stairs. Come prepared- don't bring your heaviest luggage, if you can avoid it. Also, we had one bathroom for eight people, and the hot water heater was really touchy. This caused some minor conflicts.

Liked: Lovely place - at first we thought the location would be difficult as it was up on a hill but amazing views and only a short walk to start of the cinque terre track.

Liked: There was some sort of confusion and we were relocated to Hotel Zorza nearby, but we were not charged extra for this relocation. This rating was based on where we actually stayed (Hotel Zorza).

Liked: This hostel is run by a lovely couple. They were extremely helpful in answering questions, and in general were excellent hosts. This hostel is REALLY close to the train station (5 minute walk), which makes it convenient for those of us with heavy backpacks.

Liked: The location was great. The place was small but allowed you to meet everyone. They had a washer, which was awesome and a kitchen. The people we met where amazing and we plan on getting together with them again. Thanks Cinque Terre Holidays!

Liked: Clean and a good value but not very pretty (but if you're like me and that doesn't matter, then go for it!!). Kitchen facilities and washing machine on site which you can use for free. Very nice bathroom/shower.

Liked: location is great, apartment style so you feel like you are staying in a locals house. great views of the area. laundry for free, but wasnt sure how to use it.
