Coming from La Spezia by car, Cinque Terre start at the end of the 1st tunnel along the main costal road. Going slowly down from the corner to Riomaggiore, it is possible to see Cinque Terre all together in a sight and to have a really wonderful view of Riomaggiore's village.
It will appear with its coloured and high houses climbing up the hills. All their pastel colours are in contrast with the deep blue of the sea and the intense green of the country.
