Liked: Staff was friendly. The lady at the front desk walked my friend (who was staying in another hotel) to my hotel door and confirmed that I knew her instead of just letting her walk in. I felt safer knowing that anyone who wasn't staying at the Hotel Roma could not just walk in off of the street. Good location.
