Liked: The owner (Ms Antonella) is a heartwarming person whose first priority is to keep her customers satisfied and happy. I have never had such an experience before.

Liked: The staff was really kind and available, the breakfest was copious, and the garden of the hostel is beautyfull, with view on Etna
