Liked: Greatest staff in Italy! They were very knowledgable about catania and surrounding area. They included me in their day trips around sicily and showed me the real local spots. The hostel was clean and safe and had so much open space to relax with other guests

Disliked: They share the building with other residents and guests must watch their noise level at all times

Liked: This was the best modern hostel i stayed in.. Soo Hot in Sicily, A/c was soo amazing. rooms were great, very helpful staff.

Liked: Averything, cool staff, nice people. And the wallpaper is just "groovy".

Liked: The owner and the employees are really nice, ready to give advices and help travellers. The location is very central, near to the train/bus station. The place has lot of character, with its interiors decorated in 60s style.

Disliked: Breakfast is not included. The area around the station doesn't look so nice at night.

Liked: VERY close to the train station (but directions are confusing). Computer/internet and great kitchen available. Friendly owner who was super helpful and full of compliments. A/C in the room was nice.

Disliked: Dorm rooms should have had locks on the doors and should have had a full-length mirror inside.

Liked: The hostel is great located (near train/bus station and also near Catania center) and has cleaned, colourful, modern rooms. I especially liked cleanliness of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The staff is also very helpful and kind. All rooms in hostel are airconditioned so you can quickly fall asleep :)

Disliked: None.

Liked: So cute, wonderful staff and great location. Very clean. Loved everything about it. Especially the kitchen! Everything you need and super clean.

Liked: cool, modern design of the place.

Disliked: -Victor, a member of staff, was unefficient. I had booked 3 nights. After the first night I asked him if I could extend my stay for 2 more nights & he simply said "no problem". To my surprise in the morning of the 4th day he said the place was full and that I had to leave in the same morning. -When I expressed my concern about the hostel's main door open all night without any staff present and that the building's gate was also open he just said that the place was safe and that somebody would close the buildings' gate. I had to insist for him to go downstairs and close the gate. -Location: right next to the train station but very seedy. Area is full of prostitutes and poor inmigrants. Did not feel safe as a single female traveller.

Liked: Great hostel to stay at. Victor is awesome and very helpful. All of the other travelers were extremely friendly and kind. Great location.

Liked: Conveniently located for downtown and also bus / train stations- the hostel is clean and well-kept. Victor, the guy who runs it, is very helpful and friendly, and makes the place what it is.

Disliked: The entry system was a bit of a pain- it's being fixed.

Liked: Internet, facility are very very recommendable. But, the whole building seems like Dracula house... however when you enter the hostel flat, very very cute design I think.

Disliked: When I visited, owner was not there. After I asked, he answered " I'm sometimes out" That situation made me embarrased.

Liked: The hostel has good condition, the rooms are nice and comfortable. The price was good.

Disliked: When I arrived to this hostel, the guy said my reservation was not confirmed, despite the fact that I paid 5 euros in advance and had the confirmation number and email printed out. Instead of trying to figure out the mistake THEY made, the guy immediately said I could only stay for that night and then I would have to leave. After asking to speak to his boss (and not being able to) they finally understood I had the right to stay and put someone else sleeping in the kitchen!! This was a very unpleasant and rude receive guests and absolutely no one even apologized.

Liked: The place was clean safe and secure. The location was good and easy to find. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment except no chopping knives. The place was very modern.

Disliked: At times it felt like we were living in someones home. There was a lady that didnt speak english that constantly follows you round and keeps a very close eye on you! Was very weird. Was very noisy at nighttime, and there was no such quiet time time from 11pm. No free internet, only free wifi.

Liked: very friendly stuff, helping with everything, location near the busstation / trainstation

Disliked: people didn't tell us that we have to leave the property between 10 and 13 o'clock - even if you're staying for more days. You also have to be back at 2 o'clock in the morning - thats not a good base for making party (and there was definitely party all over in the city center on Saturday - and Sicilians start late)

Liked: close to the train station and not too far from the city centre. very clean, secure and quiet. the helpful staff provide lots of information about catania and they have a washing machine and dryer, and cokes and beers in the fridge in the living room for €1

Liked: everything was so nice there, very friendly and helpful people. inside of the hostel is absolutely suitable for young people willing to live in a place with good atmosphere and colourfully painted walls :)
