Liked: The property is very colourful and cosy. Everybody is friendly in reception.

Liked: Staff is very friendly, help a lot to find or book some trip in others cities. They do really Catania and can advice a lot. The place is clean, comfortable.

Disliked: A tiny bit far of the center.

Liked: Large, open space. gated yard/alley for safety- the staff was 50/50 helpful

Disliked: everyone i met who was from Catania warned me repeatedly to be careful in the neighborhood, i traveled alone- as a female, i only went out once, with a large group of friends i made there. as long as you are friendly and outgoing, you will meet people, but if you would rather be a lone-traveler, i do not recommend going out alone at night.

Liked: See above. And also the possibility to buy drinks at a very low price. For example the biological (!) red wine. Special thanks to Marcello, who was so kind to suggest an evening trip at a reduced price to the Etna - which was quite spectacular because of little eruptions that very evening.

Disliked: Perhaps a bit to far from the railway stations 'Centrale' and 'Borgo'. And the unpredictible public transport - but that's a problem in entire Sicily...

Liked: The atmosphere was great. Staff outstanding. Very helpful and got me in touch with a fantastic tour up Mt Etna. Met a couple of interesting people. Slow time as far as travelers but enjoyed the stay. Not to crazy about not locking the rooms ever but it worked out. Would definitly stay there again and recommend it.

Disliked: Just not able to lock up the rooms day or night but they do have lockers to lock your belongings.

Liked: All staf are exceptionally friendly and they make the effort with any of your request. The atmosphere and caring attitude makes up for any short comings. Great atmosphere and fantastic customer service.

Disliked: Wet area in showers a little bit splippery - moreso a suggestion .

Liked: Awesome hostel - staff are really friendly and helpful and the hostel is in a good location. Will definately stay here again if I come back to Catania. Thanks for the awesome time!

Liked: Great staff, great location, good breakfast and comfy beds. Looks like it would be a fun party place in peak season. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Liked: It was a very nice, clean hostel with a full kitchen. All in all one of the better hostels I have stayed in.

Liked: General layout and not far from town centre. It has also been newly renovated and is well kept. Safe too. Excellent facilities. Good mattress.
