Holiday houses in a mansion house of the twentieth century in the historical centre of Catania, near Cathedral and the city's main attractions: monuments, museums, sea, and night life.

We offer you possibility of transfer from airport/railway station to apartments and vice versa, excursions in Sicily, typical dishes, cleaning services every four days, change linens every four days (if you wish to change the linen daily, it’s required a minimum supplement for laundry service), and other services.

In order to your holiday and for those staying after you is safe and serene, please observe the following conditions:
- Ban smoking inside the apartment;
- Inability to bring animals;
- Inability to accommodate foreign persons.

Every properties newly established, highly refined, air-conditioned, equipped with every comfort, three televisions, three refrigerators, internet access, ideals for families, business men and tourists that love comfort.

Each apartment consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, and two bathrooms.

Close to expo and cultural events throughout the year to “Ciminiere” (500 m from Sicily House); performances of the opera at the Teatro Massimo Bellini (300 m theatrical culture Sicilian anywhere in the historic centre; the "Playa" with all entertainment (about 800 m); the sea and all activities (800mt); at 0 m shops, restaurants, pub, monuments and museums (Roman Amphitheatre, Odeon, Ursino Castle, Verga's Home-museum, Bellini's Home-museum, etc.); "Palaghiaccio", swimming-pool and tennis (800mt).
