Liked: It's a lovely place to stay in a fabulous location, close to Piazza Duomo. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and coffee. Clean and quite large room. I stayed as a single in a single room. I am going back soon, and thoroughly recommend it.

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything.

Liked: The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also pretty good.

Disliked: Our room (a separate apartment) had quite a strong, musty smell to it. It also is quite noisy. We ended up booking an extra night, and we were moved to another room (which was fine), but the other room didn't have an ensuite or good wifi, which I believe should qualify for a discount (we paid the same price).

Liked: We loved the quiet and pretty corner of Catania where the B & B Globetrotter was situated. The room was comfortable, clean and nice to be in and we wished we were staying there longer! The staff were always happy to answer our questions and appreciated our efforts when we wanted to practise our Italian. It was a lovely way to start our travels in Europe and will stay in our memories for a long time.

Liked: We lived in a 5-bad ensuites with our own toilet , stove, microwave oven and fridge. The completeness of facilities are out of my expectation. The place is clean and tidy, with air-conditioned and Wi-Fi inside the room - the most important 2 things for travelers! The receptionist are very nice and helpful.

Disliked: A bit difficult to travel to the hostel from airport as there is no direct bus. The online instructions provided by the hostel can be better by specify the bus line number that travel from airport to city center - not just saying "catching a bus towards city center" or something like that. Hot water supply of the shower is a bit weak - minor problem in summer but may not be in winter At night there were some local teenagers would gather near the hostel. Some people may feel it disturbing.

Liked: Very near to the center. Hostel is on a nice, quite street where we could sit. Everyday they cleaned our room. Very nice breakfast with a wide choose. On the reception everybody could speak english.

Liked: The grumpiness of public transport encountered on entering Sicily was totally washed of on seeing this beautiful alcove of perfect stay. With pastel colors and warm entrance, the room decor and comfort was immaculate and absolute relaxation. Highly recommended to travelers who seek excellent stay, staff and interaction.

Liked: This B&B is excellent! In a beautiful building, the rooms are modern with bright decor and a stylish bathroom. The location is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful - especially the two lovely girls who work in the mornings, who gave us great tips on things to do and helped us out with directions. Breakfast was included (a big plus, as - funnily enough - a lot of Bed & Breakfasts charge extra for the breakfast part!) and was very good with great coffee. Free wifi in room and travel books and guides available in the foyer, which was handy. Cannot rate this place highly enough - it was fantastic value for money.

Liked: The best B&B never ever stayed in Catania SicilyWe stayed for 2 nights in Catania. The welcoming in this hostel was very fine, we have been contacted from the bed and breakfast about our arrival time and they made feel like home already. There was a true human contact with the owner Daniele. He was good in English, spanish and French. The atmosphere for breakfast and the quality of the food magnificent. Our room was clean, beautiful and with wifi connection. The furniture etc. was awesome. Unfortunately the weather was not as good as we hoped, it was very rainy. The location is perfect, only some minutes walk from the main square and street, some minutes to the sea... Alltogether we enjoyed the place, have it already recommended to friends and would come back!

Liked: This was an EXCELLENT place to stay. The directions on how to get there are a bit confusing, but once you're there you know! It's a very cute and very clean place, has great amenities, good food, and a perfect location. It's in the middle of Catania, close to the duomo center as well as the palace. The best part of our stay was how helpful the staff were. The front receptionist, Suzanne, was incredible! She chatted with us about the city, gave us food recs, took us out, and was just so helpful with everything. And the rooms were extremely clean and large, with really cute furniture and a nice TV. Totally worth the money, worth way more than the money! And the breakfast in the morning was great! Lots of yummy foods and great tea and coffee. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, I wouldn't even try another place, and I would recommend it for whoever wants a great experience in Sicily!

Liked: I was in this wonderful B&B just for one night but,was so great!The staff especially Sevgi and Elisabetta are nice,friendly and helpfull, the room was clean,and the owner knows a lot of languages.Is in a perfect location, very central and ina served zone.Very tasty and various breakfast, and I Knew a lot of interesting people. I recommend this B&B to everybody

Liked: Everything! The room was really clean! The breakfast rich and tasty! The staff was friendly and cool. Specially Daniele was really helpful! I went out together with him and his friends! The hostel is located in the center of Catania and close to the Main Square Duomo! I had wonderfull days in Catania!
