Set in a quiet location in the center of Anacapri, one finds the small and charming Mediterraneo.

'Hospitality in a Friendly Family Atmosphere'

The small and comfortable 'Mediterraneo' is situated in the centre of Anacapri (by walk 200mt.), just a short walk from Piazza Vittoria, a popular tourist haunt and shopping area. Established and run by the Schettino family, it provides its guests with a warm welcome, as well as peaceful and totally relaxing holidays.

The rooms have been created in the style of the traditional houses of Anacapri, a classically simple architecture, with maiolic ceramic floors and traditional “Sgusci” adorning the ceilings and are equipped with:

Capri’s main tourist attractions, such as Monte Solaro, are easily reached by way of the characteristic chair-lift, as are the monumental church of San Michele, Alex Munthe’s villa with its magnificent view across the Gulf of Naples and the “Belvedere della Migliera” a panoramic beauty spot from where there is a spectacular view of the “faraglioni”. The island’s bathing stations and the little town of Capri are within easy reach of the hotel either by public transport or taxi.
