Liked: I got sick here and the staff took such good care of me. I was laid up in bed for three days with bad food poisoning (from elseware) and they were fantastic.

Liked: Excellent, personal service. Like visiting family. Friendly guard dogs. 24 hour presence of manager. Bar and TVs. Sofas to chat with other guests. Just remember it can get a bit chilly in the winter, especially in the bathroom. Air con in rooms for summer. Breakfast isn't amazing but REALLY cheap drinks at the bar all day long. Might be better to pay for a coffee in the morning and search for pastries later. Claening lady sorts out communal areas and lavatories every day.

Liked: We called them late around midnight the night we arrived and they came to get us within 10 min from the train station and were so nice. They helped us with our backpacks and took us to the ferry in the morning and were so so kind especially for the fact that we only stayedsuch a short time.
