Liked: Very kind family, everthing was great. Clean, and well equipped with fridge and music if you want. They even helped us with the taxi. Good place for two people.

Disliked: It would be great if you had a cot, because the place is very confortable for a couple with a small children.

Liked: it is actually a part of the big flat where the owner lives, but you also get a flat. it is nice that you have place on your own, feeling the real life. area is very nice and friendly.

Disliked: kind of a strange to share flat with the owner, but once you know it it is ok.

Liked: The character of the apartment is very nice. CDs and books were available and We had breakfast included and they also gave us a complimentary wine.

Liked: Lovely spacious room, Eugenio and Annalicia are very helpful and friendly. Great restaurant recommendations.

Disliked: Because it's such a small organisation it can prove troublesome if you want to leave luggage after you check out at 10am.

Liked: First of all, I liked the personality of the place, the warm atmosphere. I loved all the messages in the kitchen by all the people who had stayed there over the years, the fact that we had the whole apartment all for ourselves, the music, all the travel books. If I ever go back to Bologna (I hope I will, it's a beautiful city), I would definitely stay at Anna's again.

Liked: We had a great stay at the B&B Anna. It's great to have a little kitchen, living room and sleeping room. It felt like our little home in Bologna. Eugenio and Anna suprised us with little details at our arrival and during our stay. When we arrived Eugenio also gave us a very good introduction of Bologna and the nice things to see and the good places to eat. We could not have imagined a better reception. So we definitely recommend B&B Anna for your stay in Bologna.

Liked: Fantastic! What a pleasure to be able to stay in the heart of Bologna with such welcoming, lovely and helpful people. B&B Anna is filled with personal touches: beautiful artwork by the hotel's namesake who lives next door with her family, great selection of CDs, a small lending library including italy tour guides (very helpful since we didn't bring ours), personal notes and photos left to Eugenio and Anna by other visitors decorating the kitchen... We didn't realise that the B&B also includes a small kitchenette, in addition to a small dining area, so it's great if you're on a budget and want to hit Bologna's amazing food markets to cook a little something for yourself. A great place - we highly recommend it.

Liked: Everything about our stay was wonderful. The B&B offers more of a suite than simply a 'b'(bedroom) - along with a complimentary bottle of local wine, air conditioning, and a friendly and helpful host. Bologna is a fascinating city and this is a great place from which to see it. It's in a genuine neighbourhood in the historic centre of town. We'd go back in a minute.

Liked: I only have good things to say about Anna and Eugenio. Very friendly right from the start and willing to help with everything. I had to catch a wedding right after my arrival at their place and Eugenio called a taxi for me, giving me important info at the same time. I did not have the chance to talk to them a lot, but they earned my appreciation and gratitude on spot!

Liked: It was close to the city centre, private and the owner was very helpful. It isn't marked from the street though, so make sure you have the street number with you and/ or the contact phone numbers for the owner.

Liked: its small. an intimate atmophere, close to center in a beautiful part of town. very open and helpfull host. didn't review party possibilities as good as there are only 3 rooms in the B&B -but the city in general is a good place t party and the host is a good guide

I would not hesitate to return one day and I would also not hesitate to recommend this B & B to others. Please stay at this B & B for a truly italian experience.
