Customer reviewIts cheap, compared to other places in Bologna, but you definately know it when you get there. Assuming you actually find the place. I would certainly not recommend arriving after dark as its hard enough to find in light. I found several groups of people wandering round the bus stop with no idea where to go. Fortunately i had checked in earlier so could help them. Also worth considering that it is at least 20 minutes from the centre, assuming you get an immediate bus departure which is not often. I waited an hour at the bus stop to get into town. Apparently the bus dont always arrive. Its a Euro each way to town so best to put that money towards a better located room in town. Would only recommend this to people who are skinned for money or single travellers that dont want to be forced to pay for double rooms elsewhere. Toilet was broken, water dripping from the roof, no soap dispensers, and the room smelt like a mixture of urine and stale socks. Oh, also even in late October there were mozzies everywhere. |

Customer reviewHere is warmer than another place in north of Italy, so central heating was weak a little so washed towl was not dry much. Staff was very kind.(especially woman wearing the glasses) Shower rooms cleanliness was not enough, but shower curtain was so clean. Hot shower was very good because of amount of hot water and temperature. |

Customer reviewVery clean. Gave us a triple room to ourselves as no doubles available. They ordered pizza for us on request. Only bad points was it is far away from the city centre and the wifi is not reachable in your room. Otherwise very clean and was a bed for a night which is all we were after. |

Customer reviewThe breakfast is awfull!!! Just one roll of bread each combined with undrinkable coffee (read very bad coffee). Do what most Italians do: "Colazione al bar". |

José María García VelázquezThe location is terrible and there are not many buses to reach it. If I had to go back to the area, I would go to the hostels in Ferrara or Modena, which are better located. |

justine lecuruvery nice landscape. You have nice little rooms with TV inside. Rooms are very good. On the other hand, the showers could be better and you have to pay 2,50 euros to use internet. But apart from that, it's a good hostel! |

Anup Dasnot near the main bologna centre, room was clean and adequate, bed was a bit uncomfortable, shower doors were broken, staff were very helpful, the other bus service (20) to and from town which stops about 15 minutes away from the hostel could be advertised more as it is has a better service than the advertised bus 93/30 (20 should not be used if you have heavy luggage) |

James CookeGood value but on outskirts of Bologna so need to take bus 93 about 15 mins centre which go about every 30 mins & no problem to explore the city for the day.As check in is after 2pm they were happy to store my suitcase earler in the day & returned evening.Quiet in the evening & no nearby food shops so ordering in pizza at night was popular.Met friendly people from all over Europe-not a party hostel if that is what you are looking for! |

Customer reviewThis place is too far out and has a sniff of institutionalism about it. No fun to be had and feels like its a bit of a prison because there is simply nowhere to go or buy food etc when you are here. It is next to a busy main road which ironically has only one bus to attend it every 30 minutes. Basically - dont stop here, you will have much more fun in town even if it costs that little bit more. |
