Liked: 8 bed female dorm was ok, as just 5 girls were staying. Bathroom was clean. There are lockers in a room and you get card type key of a room, so I think it's quite safe place.

Disliked: Hostel is far away from the city center and directions were confusing: "Get off at ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ bus stop, and climb the steps near the bus stop to arrive at the hostel". Well, it took some time to find those steps. When at the bus stop you have to go left 100-150 meters uphill, steps will be on your right. A lot of steps.. It's worth to by 24h bus ticket for 4,5euro from Bergamo tourist office at the airport. I used this ticket not only from/ to airport, but also went to citta alta by bus No.3. Before leaving ask at the reception where is a bus stop to the city center, because it's not opposite the one you get off. Need to pay extra for towel. Breakfast is very basic.

Liked: had to swap rooms in 2 nights. Family room is fantastic in view, space and facility. The other dorm is tiny and a bit smelly. Breaky wasn't anything special, but they had everyday a nice fresh milkshake! or various fruit juices :)

Disliked: found the staff quite unfriendly - he made an impression of being annoyed all time. With my second room, i and 2 other travellers didn't find a clean bed, all beds seemed to be used, so we had so clean our bed ourselfes. So either it wasn't cleaned by the stuff or other people misused this bed, too. Awful thing if you arrive late.

Liked: Very clean and lately renovated. Nice rooms with a balcony of their own.

Disliked: The walls echo every sound so ear plugs needed. It is far away but the surroundings and the view from the balcony are beautiful. When you 1st get there.

Liked: Hostel was nice, cheap, a good place for everybody who needs spend a night here, after arriving by plane.

Liked: Clean, safe, value for money, friendly staf. Located in safe comunity.

Disliked: Location is far from perfect if you are into the evening life or are arriving by late plane or bus. The bus service ends early (about 7-9 pm), and the walking time to/from center woul be about 45 min. - 1 hour.

Liked: Hostel was perfect for what i needed it for. It is a fair distance from the main town but for me this was ok as i had my car. There was free parking out the front and is only about 10 minutes from the airport which again was perfect for me as this was the only reason i was staying there. Rooms were big, clean and sheets were provided for no extra charge.

Disliked: It was far from the main town and buses do not run that often so could be difficult to get around, as i said i had a car though so this was not a problem for me.

Liked: It was really clean and the area was peaceful and quiet. The day staff was really helpful.

Disliked: It was not too easy or quick to get to from the airport. I took busses but not knowing the schedules or how tickets worked made it difficult. It would have been better to arrange a pickup or taken a taxi from the airport.

Liked: My bed was very nice and comfortable.

Disliked: Location was absolutey horrible, and although the website said it was 24 hour desk service, i had to just leave my room key bc no one was there when I left in the morning.

Liked: it was close enough to the city, and a really nice and clean hostel.

Disliked: The location is a bit distant from the city, but it is a pleasant walk and hostels that are very central tend to be noisy - so you make a trade off.

Liked: Beautiful location although far from the centre. Whole property renovated, modern and clean! Loved it!

Liked: Everything. Very clean, great atmosphere, huge common area with TV, refrigerator and comfy couches. The atmosphere was great for families and youth. The rooms were nice and had a bathroom in them which was cleaned daily. Hot showers. Breakfast was free and it was excellent. Really professional and clean--almost like staying in a hotel. Plus the view from the common area is gorgeous, overlooking the mountains. There is also a huge deck area with chairs and places to hang out. Really friendly staff. Loved this place and will definitely be staying there again.

Disliked: I liked almost everything about this place. It was a little hard to find, but if you look for the brown hostel signs after you get off of the number 6 bus stop, you will find it. It's not near the center of town, but the buses are quite regular and will get you there quickly. Plus, the view from the hostel is fabulous.
