Liked: the staff are really really lovely and helpful but only two of them are.another one looks unfriendly. The atmosphere is great and the breakfast is abundant to choose. The view from the hostel is very nice. The place is big, quiet and safe to stay.

Disliked: the laundry is the most expensive i've ever met , it costs 8 euros. but including washing and drying. the place is far from center but it's easily to arrive by bus. don't have to worry about the traffic.

Liked: It is a purpose built hostel so very well laid out, large rooms, elevator, good showers and nice common room and dining room. The morning breakfast was good and made the price more economical as you could go until dinner before you ate again. The staff were wonderful.

Disliked: It is a long way from the train station and if you arrive after 10 PM the bus has shut for the night and you must take a taxi, 12 euro. There is no kitchen for hostellers use, not even a kettle to make a cup of tea. Laundry was 8 euro to wash and dry a load, I though this a bit expensive.

Liked: Exceptional in every way especially Simone from the staff and Geordano, for checking times of local buses to airport Orio al Serio etc

Disliked: The term "dislike" has no place at this hostel at all. Staff even got me an early breakfast at 7.30am long before the official breakfast time at 8am Staff always more than courteous and helpful in every way

Liked: It was relaxing and functional. The staff was nice and the rooms were small but clean and friendly. It was nice to have breakfast provided. The view of the mountains was pretty.

Disliked: It took a while to get to the hostel from the airport, and it was a little harder to find than described on the website. Also, the buses in Bergamo stop by 11PM.

Liked: Beds and rooms were comofortable. Rooms had own showers.

Disliked: Far ways away from city center, woke up with bug bites, door didn't close properly, no one on service at desk at 7:00am difficult to check out. Desk keeps your passport for your entire stay so don't have access to it. Very rude and unfriendly staff.

Liked: Very pleasant situation on No 6 bus route from Bergamo Porto nuova, staff very courteous, and friendly, very clean ,an above all no crowds or queues, hospitality of very high standard,,and of course free internet use. Not sure if Hostelbookers website was promoted at hostel.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Just bread, cream cheese, butter, jams and some yogurt. But was quality stuff.

Disliked: The directions on the site are a bit difficult to follow as they don't really explain everything. But the bus drops you off right at the front door so without that the location would suck but you can get anywhere in the city witht the bus in let than 20 mins.

Liked: Definetely..; the best acommodation of Youth Hostel that i've ever been... I highly recommended. Wi-fi, Guests Laptop, comfortable rooms, nice staff.. everything great!!

Liked: They forgot tell me about the breakfast. First morning I came too late becouse I didn' t know it ends 9.30. But otherwise hostel was nice place to stay.
