Liked: well within walking distance (5mins)of the centre of Bergamo alta .Good views from two of the rooms over the county side. we stayed in the room at the front of the building with out a view but this didnt matter as it was only used as a base . It was very clean and Christina spoke very good English.She was very helpful when talking in Italian.The Breakfast was good with plenty of choiceand there was also refreshments available all the time in the Breakfast room.Chistina also arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off at the airport.Welldone A CASA MIA

Liked: Fantastic B&B! The view from our room over bergamo was beautiful. Room was spotless and nicely decorated with TV and DVD player (with a good selection of dvd's that you can borrow), which came in handy on a very wet day. Fantastic value for money. Stayed here for 2 days at the start of our holiday and returned to Bergamo at the end of our holiday for 2 days, and unfortunately had booked into another B&B which charged the same but was of a very, very poor standard. Wished we had stayed at A Casa Mia for the whole of our stay in Bergamo. Breakfast was good with selection of pastries, meats, cheese, bread and eggs. Would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Bergamo.

Liked: Excellent view - as it is situated on the hill. That's why I have chosen this place. What was so pleasantly surprising was the cozy atmosphere - you actually feel like home, as there is a permanent access to the little "salon" designated for breakfast - a place where you can enjoy a tea while looking over some of the book about Bergamo and surroundings that you can find in the room.The owner of the house is extremely helpful with information about places of interest, provided us map and bus schedule.The place is walking distance situated to the most interesting area of the city the "Alta cita" - part - with the old fortress, charming narrow streets, walking areas and lovely shops.Over all - an excellent place if you are looking for a quite retreat - it was exactly what I needed.
