Liked: I liked that there was a common room where people could meet and mix and also the fact that the internet and the phone was a free of charge service, it's nice to know that you can be in touch with your family - especially because I came to Italy alone - and that you don't have to worry about extortionate phone/internet cafe prices. The bins in the room and towels were changed daily which was lovely. The staff were mostly polite and spoke excellent English and the hostel was far enough from the main road not to be noisy during the night but also close enough to be in walking distance of the train station, the main shopping area and the rest of the city.

Liked: Esta muy cerca de la estación de trenes, el autobus del aeropuerto deja justo en la estación de trenes, los autobuses para subir a la ciudad alta estan cerca en la avenida, esta muy bien la relación precio-calidad lo recomendamos.

Liked: I liked the location and the helpfulness of the staff.They were kind enough to answer all our questions about places to visit, leisure, clubs and etc.If I decide to go in Bergamo again, I think I'll stay at this hostel again :)

Liked: The hostel is in an excellent location close to the centre of Bergamo and the train station. The room we had was very spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful (letting us check in early) and the hostel was really good value for money!

Liked: Close to station, easy to get to old city either by bus or on foot etc, air-con (though not very efficient!), breakfast adequate.

Liked: Nice staff, good location. Rooms were modest, beds were just bunks and during the hot season the room was a bit too hot to sleep in inspite the air conditioning device at full power. Very basic breakfest. All and all a great place for those who don´t plan to spend time at the hotel apart from sleeping because of the price and great location.

Liked: Really nice hostel. Only 10 mins by bus from the airport and short walk. Noisy outside so take ear plugs. Room was hot but it cools down in the night and there is air conditioning that works a bit. Breakfast was bread, cereal or kiwi fruit. Not suitable for me cos I'm diabetic. Close to a church with daily Mass at 7.30am and 10am. Sfaff speak english and very helpful.
