Luminita ZahariaIt is a very nice place to stay. The location is great, easy to find and close to the higher part of the city, the house is lovely, nice architecture with a modern interior and a beautiful inner yard. The breakfast is satisfying all the tastes. Lady Elena was extremely friendly and helpful (thanks a lot!). We are thinking to come back and spend few more days. |

Customer reviewElena went beyond being our hostess picking us up from the airport, providing us with maps, suggesting fantastic resturants. The room and bathroom were immaculate! Nothing was too much trouble! Everything was very private and although the hostel is centrally located there was little noise! but there was only a short walk to the citta alta and the train station. We had a wonderful time! |

Customer reviewEverything except of the fact that I payed the site a deposit, which is never received by Hostel owner and for that reason I had to pay twice! Not very nice....On the bill said that I paid, so something is wrong with the calculation on the site or with the communication to the hostel owners....please correct this, because it causes dicussions between customers and hostel owners! Sophie JacksonThe owner, Helena was so kind and welcoming. She even helped us book appointments with estate agents as we were looking for somewhere to live in Bergamo, and out Italian isn't up to much! The building that the B&B is in, is stunning, as is the artwork on the wall. The breakfast was fresh and good, in a gorgeous sitting room. I would happily have moved in to Casa Rosa!! |
