Tenuta Il Palazzo

In the heart of Tuscany, a few km from Arezzo, there is Il Palazzo (the Palace) a late medieval ancient village. Today the Palace is a farmhouse where the original medieval village structure has been preserved.

At an altitude of 380 meters, this hostel offers the possibility to enjoy the unpolluted peace of Arezzo hills. It has a happy isolated position, and yet it is also easy to reach the near cities: Arezzo, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, La Verna, Camaldoli, Montepulciano and Montalcino. It is very close to Arezzo historical centre and also to the motorway A1 (at Arezzo exit).

The Palazzo farmhouse offers daily, weekly and monthly stays in private apartments.

The buffet breakfast can be served, on request, in the Saletta della Ortensie (Hortenses Little Room).

Location Information

In few minutes you can reach the Business and Congress Centre at Via Spallanzani, at 4km), the European biggest, Equestrian Centre Jump Italy (near S. Zeno, at 10km), Arezzo railways station (at only 6km), and it is not far from the Golf Club Casentino (in Poppi, at 20km), from S. Giuseppino hospital (at 4km), or from Poggio del Sole hospital (6km).

If you wish to go shopping, you can easily reach: Prada outlet at 20km (in Levanella), The Mall Outlet where you can find the most renown labels, as Gucci, Tod´s, Armani, Burberry´s, Valentino, Sergio Rossi, Fendi, Hogan, La Perla, D&G etc. .. (it is at 35km, in Leccino, motorway direction Florence exit Incisa), do not forget the Village Valdichiana Outlet (it is at 20km from Arezzo) direction Rome exit Valdichiana.

These kind of excursions allow the Palazzo to be the choice for any kinds of trip: business, fair, congress, cultural and sports; and again for shopping or to simply spend some relaxing days along the edge of our pool, overlooking the whole city of Arezzo.
