Located in the heart of Alghero, just 100 meters from the rocky beaches of Lungomare Dante and 250 meters from the Cathedral and the marina. Garage (free for bikes). Open since 1951, restored in 1997 and 2003, always managed fby the Masia family. Hotel La Margherita is the most centrally-located 3-stars-class hotel of Alghero. We are close to the old town, 100m. from the rocky beaches along Lungomare Dante (bathing allowable), 250 meters from the Cathedral and from the marina. Airport shuttle bus 50 meters away.

All of the rooms are climatized, with TV-Sat, mini-fridge, hairdryer in the bathroom, direct-dial telephone and safe. We have also a garage (free for bicycles), lift, TV room, bar, panoramic solarium terrace (breakfast room, in spring and summer.) Fitness space . Wi-fi connection in the lounge area and in the rooms .

Special price agreement with a good restaurant, 70 meters away, and with Lido Novelli (2 Km away from the hotel, white sand, bar, restaurant, pedal-boat renting and other services on the spot: free entry and free use of dressing cabins and shower for our guests). Other beaches are reachable with a stroll, or a short trip, even by public service.

Other attractions: bowling, live music, internet point and pizzeria at 110m. Aquarium at 70 meters; rentable tennis courts at 120 meters, public gardens with playgrounds at 100 meters and 200 meters. There is a boat service from the marina to the Grottoes of Neptune (sea level natural caves, below Capo Caccia, reachable also by car and public service: in this case, stairway of 650 steps to go down and back) .

In the countryside, there are the Nuraghe of Palmavera (tipical Sardinian prehistoric building), about 7 Km away from the town, and the coutry church of Valverde, at the same distance .
