Our small private guest house is located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe street in the historic Yemenite quarter, close to the downtown area and just minutes by foot to the beach. The area offers a rich variety of day and night-time activities for all tastes and interests. The neighbourhood still preserves many authentic Yemenite eateries with a strong sense of local and traditional ambiance.

We have twelve private rooms, all equipped with air conditioning (fans also available upon request), free internet access (wireless) and a double bed.
We have rooms of different sizes and amenities to suit a range of needs.
Hot water is available 24 hours a day, as well as 24 hour facility access (i.e., no curfew). Linen and towels are provided at no extra charge. A lounge area in our interior courtyard garden allows you to read, rest, or enjoy the beautiful weather at your leisure.

We are indeed a guesthouse (not a hotel), so don't be surprised by the residential appearance of our reception and rooms.

Accommodation Information

Our accommodation offers a reception open daily from 8:30 until 22:00 and from 8:30 until 16:00 on Friday!
For those guests who arrive at the guest house between 22:00 and 8:30 and after 16:00 on Friday (i.e. when the reception is closed) we offer the following service: “Airport Pick Up & Accommodation”.
Cancellation policy:
Upon reserving your room, your credit card will be charged for the first night. If you cancel your reservation on booking.com more than seven days in advance of your first night, the sum will be refunded.

All public transport to Carmelit bus station (Carmel market).
10 min. by bus 4 from Central bus station, 15 min. by buses 61, 62 from train station and about 20 bus lines around.

All the main tourist attractions within walking distance:
2 min from the Carmel market.
3 min to the beach.
3 min from Shenkin and Alenby Street.
10 min from Dizzengoff Street and Lev Tel-Aviv (Dizengoff) shopping centre and cinemas.
