Liked: It was VERY clean, even if smokers might have stayed in the apartment, the cleaning made sure no smoking smells stayed. Everything was provided, including free wifi, TVs in living room and bedroom, comfy firm bed, towels, fully-equiped kitchen, hot water pot! Easy to stay in this place! Staff (Zanda) was extraordinary! Arriving at the site and getting settled was seamless. Elevator! Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Smoking can be smelled through windows and hallways sometimes. Maybe a Smoke-free floor or two, and Smoker's floors? Other minor things: Lights need replacing in living room, balcony, and maybe one other switch that didn't do anything; curtain rod in living room broken when we opened curtain, needs replacing; balcony shutter wouldn't open up all the way; shower head sprays everywhere when turned on!
