Liked: Beautiful building, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, free tea and cake, a free night in the dorm room for people who've been to Syria or Lebanon, very knowledgable about walking in the local area and the Jesus trail

Liked: Fantastic place, huge dorm room (10 beds) lots of room for bags. Nice bathrooms, staff are fantastic. This hostel had a great vibe and there was always alot happening. The hostel is very involved in the local community which means there are alot of opportunities to visit sites/ houses/ etc that the average traveller wouldn't normally get. Nice and clean, and some great cakes and tea available (complimentary).

Liked: Character, welcoming place, er actually, VERY welcoming place.

Disliked: nothing really, I had a little hard time to find it because of the funny way the streets are named, but people seem to know the place, just ask.

Liked: It really couldn’t be better. If we will come next time do Israel we will certainly visit Nazareth and we will stay Fauzi Azar Inn. Traveling almost 20 years we stayed in many different places, but this place is absolutely exceptional, the place itself, people we met and the history that makes this place so interesting. We also enjoyed very much the trip with Linda started with Suraida’s story about Fauzi Azar. We really felt like her Grandfather’s guest, drinking good coffee with delicious cake. We really do appreciate this time and we are happy we have discovered this place for us, for our friends and family.

Liked: the location was great, as well as the breakfast!

Disliked: the room was a bit dark and hot, but as we could spend all day outside it wasn't a problem.

Liked: this was the best hostel i've stayed at in all of the middle east. everyone was super friendly, free wifi, coffee, tea, and cake, clean rooms and clean bathroom, beautiful building with lots of charm. free city tour the next morning. i could have stayed forever.

Disliked: lots of steps up to the main reception which is fine at most times, but a little annoying when carrying a heavy pack

Liked: It was a beautiful building and after a hectic trip to get there, we even managed to upgrade from a dorm room to a private two bed which was lovely a room and good value for money.

Disliked: Not much, apart from having to walk through the kitchen to the toilet, but that was our own choice to have a shared bathroom.

Liked: Great atmosphere, very clean rooms and bathrooms, staff is wonderful, amazing history, fab location, you get more than you pay for. One of the best hostels I've stayed in within 4 months of travelling.

Liked: The people who volunteered there were great. The breakfast was amazing and so were the dorms. Well, the whole place was so full of atmosphere. It is in the Old Town which was charming. We loved the fact that it is a 200 year old Ottoman palace. Our two small sons went with us and they slept in while my husband and I sat out in the court yard sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the city. I give this one a 5 star!!! Also they had free internet.

Liked: This place was way beyond my expectations. The 2 century old walls are full of character. The place is beautiful and nicely kept with friendly and helpful staff. They offered us homemade cake (3 to choose from) upon our arrival in the evening and they had fresh mint leaves and cut lemon and special Arabic tea. The breakfast was full of choices from local dishes to cereal. The room had clean linens and fresh towels. Wish we could have stayed longer!
