Liked: I have been to jerusalem on many occasions and i will always stay at the swedish hostel, it has a homely atmosphere you dont find very often and you are always made welcome, oh watch out for elmer thud... great guy lot of laughs..

Liked: Great place for less money. Best location, helpfulness staff, internet access, free coffee and tea, hot water. I would stay there again for sure.

Liked: Awesome location right near Jaffa gate. Very friendly (slightly too flirty) staff. Felt very safe there. The staff took care of me for one night when I was really sick (traveller's illness), which I really appreciated. Kitchen is small, but useable. Loved the free coffee and tea. Satelitte TV which is nice when you're ill and can't move. Clean sheets, small showers, but the bathroom was cleaned daily and very clean!

Liked: That it was cheap and had a good location. But the room was very small and the showers and toilets are right outside the receptiondesk, that was not so good.

Liked: I stayed there to weeks in on of its private rooms, I liked it. as a location it's really at the 'heart' of the old city and very close to different other places out of it.

Liked: the room and overall atmosphere was not particularly nice, but the bed was the most comfortable i had slept in in days...10/10 for the bed!
