 This hostel have not heater, soap and toilet paper. My room did not clean. Room is very cold.

The staff were very kind and helpful in everything we needed. We appreciated the warm atmosphere, staff,The location is perfect to discover Jerusalem with its traditional markets and historical sites and to book visits from the hotel which arranges good trips to the attractive sites in the town and the country like Mezada, Dead Sea, Sea of Galilee. Nice souvenir and new positive experience each time. Very recommended to everyone.

The location is the best thing about this centrally located hostel, if you're going over with a few friends then this place is highly recommended, some rooms were cool also,and everyone really looked after us. We will definitely be back.

The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly; he made us feel right at home. Plus, it was affordable for people (like me) who are on a budget.

The location was perfect -- it was a few minutes walk to all of the main tourist sites and we were surrounded by interesting shops and restaurants The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful with anything we wanted to know or do in the city. (don't miss the guided tours).
