Liked: The location close to Jaffa Gate is excellent and there are good views to be had from the rooftop and terrace.

Disliked: This hostel is borderline acceptability. The room was cramped with no window and the bed sheets were not big enough. The ensuite shower room was very small - the shower was poor and the shower tray rusty. The rooftop is great for views but not very safe. The hostel is ok if your priority is location and you are prepared to accept no frills accommodation, paying extra for towels and heating.

Disliked: The shower is little bit dirty. it's not renovated at all. The bed is no too confotable eighter. In addition you should bring yourselves USD to pay the hostel because they change it to NIS preatty badly.

Liked: the location was good

Disliked: The hostel was shabby, old and seemed dirty. The other guests were not typical hostel people and the atmosphere lacked any air of fun.

Liked: Brilliant location in the Old City, the hostel's rooftop terrace has a wonderful view, including the domes of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, with fans provided in the dorm. The atmosphere is very quiet and laid-back. Free wifi is available on the ground floor.

Disliked: Only one kitchen that we could find, up on the top floor, with no bowls or spoons! Ensuite bathrooms combine toilet and shower a little too closely, but are clean and functional.

Disliked: No airconditioning. No laundry. Bathroom was very old.

Liked: The hostel is located in a very good location if one likes to be close to the old city. Asem, who works at the front desk is very helpful and caring, more so than his brother who also works there.

Disliked: The hostel does not have lockers and/or safety boxes and although it seems to be save to leave valuables in the room, there is always the possibility of coming back from town and having stuff missing. The room was very small with little room to move around and the air was very heavy since there are no windows and there is very little air circulation.
