Liked: Building has lots of character and I met loads of interesting people. However, avoid the basement 7 bed dorm at all costs. I got bitten by bed bugs there. The dorms and private rooms on the other floors are much nicer and some are recently renovated.

Liked: the view is unreal. it's incredibly gorgeous and it's in a central location. but no cars can drop you off there so you have to walk through the old city with luggage which is quite a challenge.

Liked: Very overcrowded and they claimed there was a computer error which caused them to give away some of our beds. They offered no apologies. Saw many bedbugs, bedbug bites on people, and heard many complaints about bedbugs. I heard the manager state there was no bedbug problem and refused to refund any money AND refused to let them out of the next nights stay. Avoid this place. Seriously.

Liked: This hostel was ok, except the fact that the bed sheets and the towels were not change at all during our stay. We stayed FOUR nights, it felt a bit dirty to sleep on those sheets after the second night. For the rest is an ok place, you've got free wi-fi, and u can meet a lot people if you are into it, otherwise best avoided, it can get noisy with all those american teeners who can be really loud.

Liked: Great location, good views and great communal areas for chatting and sharing stories! The roof top is fantastic. The kitchen is lacking in cutlery and crockery and we were disappointed with our room - very small, hot and noisy. Don't pay extra for a good view as we did and got a poorer quality room. The rooms nearer the ground floor seemed much nicer and cooler. We would stay again but request a lower room.

Liked: The building is in a great place in the Old City, and the roof has a really amazing view of Sepluchre and Al-Aqsa. There's no real security for your things if you're staying in a dorm or on the roof, because there is only one safe that everyone in the hostel can get into. The rooms are all a bit cave-like, but it more makes them interesting than confining. The staff is all very nice and informative, and the hostel is a good place to explore the Old City from.

Liked: The location and character of the place was great. The bathrooms and showers weren't kept very clean. But the location made up for it, because we came back a second time.

Liked: It was a quit place laying in the center of the city!what we didn't like:too many noises of doors who are opening and closing was irritating.Sometimes the people in the kitchen makes too many noises at the evening! we were sleeping just a room above!!

Liked: Fantastic hostel, very full of caracter, it looks like a cozy cave. We had a three person bedroom first which was much better than the dorm and not that much more expensive
