Liked: It was convenient,well located,friendly & full of good information.Also clean,lots of hot water & a great view from the rooftop area.I stayed there 2 weeks.

Liked: We stayed in the private room upstairs and the view was great and room was quiet.But the room needs some hooks or hangers for clothes as there is some space for that.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated having the option of an all-women's dorm, which was a lovely room. There was free internet, which was great, as well as access to a kitchen with free tea and coffee. Who could ask for anything more?

Liked: Great location. Good view from rooftop. Friendly staff.Did have camera stolen. Rooms are dark and cramped. Difficult to collect belongings while others sleep.

Liked: the location is great - perfect for exploring jerusalem.the sheets and pillow cases smelt - prompting us to ask for clean ones. the room (10) was cold as there was no heating.the bathroom facilities were poor.
