Great location, close to banks, cafes, resteraunt and old city. Free internet, communal kitchen with refrigerator. Our room had cable tv. Good value for money.

Security seemed to be a big problem, people know the code and guests let in other people who don't... There were a couple thefts during my 2 week stay... and the fridge is overcrowded so food doesn't stay cold....
Other than that, the staff is very nice, the place is in good condition. I think they need security at night though.

Best location, clean rooms, nice staff, but it was very cold every day in the rooms, and there was almost never any hot water.

Staff very helpful and friendly - Marianna even helped us re-start our rental car (which has a code pad that was a little tricky) Great value for the money and location in Jerusalem.

The staff, especially Ami, Tina, and Jim exceeded my expectations in that they were professional with everyone while being quite friendly with the travellers as gaps allowed. As this hostel was busy during my time in Jerusalem, trips were planned and executed, rooms were being cleaned, common areas were policed, renovations were happening, and all the while deep and entertaining conversations and friendships managed to develop. Hats off to the staff, thanks Ami and Arnaud.
