The staff is outstanding in its friendliness and willingness to help their guests. In particular, Imad assisted me in finding a way to travel from Jerusalem to Tiberias on a Saturday, but everyone was heltful to me there.

It does take a time to climb the mount, however the view to the Jerusalem it`s worth every step ;)

The staff is very good and they speak english very well. The internet is available and free (great). The localization permits a wonderful view of Jerusalem, however you have to climb the mountain each time you back to the hotel.
