Liked: This is the place to stay in the north of Israel! Super friendly staff, great rooms, wonderful breakfast and help and advice with everything you might possibly need. I am going to recommend this place to everyone I meet, and hope to come back one day myself!

Liked: This place is perfectly located if you travel by car and want to discover the North and East of Israel, including the area around the Sea of Galilee. The staff is very friendly and can give you insider tips of where to go and what to see. With all the extra facilities like Internet, spa and sauna, this place is definitely value for money.Jana and Thomas

Liked: The accomodation and facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. Rooms were serviced with fresh towels supplied. The atmosphere was lovely. Breakfast provided on request. The owners were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay so very pleasant. Excellent value for money. I would happily go back there if travelling in the area and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for accomodation in the region.

Liked: I liked the room, that was very friendly and most of the time I was alone in there. They also have a nice kitchen and free drinking water. Everyday the rooms were cleaned and you always get new towels. The owners were very friendly and when I came they offered me to short my stay a bit when I want because it seemed them long for a stay in Tsfat. So if I find other hostels anywhere else in Israel I maybe would have more opportunities to make trips there. The location was very clean and silent. There also was a TV room where you could use the internet for free.

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Tzefat - moreso because of the wonderful hospitality extended to me by Rukenstein (or Safed) Inn. The owners are not only well informed and pleasant people to know, but their presence and assistance adds so much personal touch to your experience. I personally relished my stay at the Inn - it simply enriched my visit to, and travels around, Golan. Regardless of what room-type you book yourself into, their care is genuine and very warm. As a professor of tourism studies, I appreciate and encourage the efforts of Ricki and Dubby, who are well versed in the art of hospitality and know how to deliver it in its true spirit. They were so very gracious and especially went all lengths to make my stay so warm, and enriching. Based on my genuinely good experience at Safed Inn, I choose to rate the hostel a 100% on all accounts, since it deserves nothing less. Also, I WILL RECOMMEND this property highly.

Liked: The Safed Inn is run by a very nice couple! It was such a nice and relaxing place to be after a hot day of sight seeing. The staff was so very friendly and helped us locate all the sights to see within and around the Galilee area. (It's absolutely perfect if you have a rental car!! -without a car it would be too difficult) For super cheap, they have a Sauna and Jacuzzi hot tub available which was really nice and clean. I would definitely come back and stay there again. I highly recommend it.

Liked: Upsides: beautiful property and gardens, fantastic facilities (kitchen, free Internet, garden patio), comfortable rooms, dorms are an excellent value for the money. The owners were extremely communicative/friendly and very welcoming. The only downside is the significant distance (uphill) from the main town: no problem with a car but would be difficult without your own mode of transport. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Liked: Fabulous hosts - very friendly and helpful. They understand that it is your vacation and want to help in every way to make it feel that way. It is a little hard to find, but they tell you before you come that you can call and they will give you directions from anywhere. Breakfast was excellent and a good value.

Liked: Good location, quiet. Owners friendly. Clean and well run. Good facilities for cooking. Supermarket nearby. Owners did extra things to be nice like turning on heating, providing and setting up videos, and recommending good cheap nearby restaurant and ensuring good price at it. Good value for money. If one had a car would also be a nice place to stay just for a rest as quiet and a nice garden.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully have the opportunity to come back. We enjoyed sitting in the astonishingly beautiful garden and our room was very comfortable. The home-baked breakfast was a nice touch.

Liked: The people running the hostel were AWESOME!! Very nice, helpful, and amazing people. I also liked the rooms, even though my air conditioner didn't work. Other than that the rooms have everything you would ever need on a trip through the Holy Land. They also have some awesome gardens and quite places to escape and mediate. What a great stay! I miss the people, the place, and their awesome pets.

Liked: The hosts are extremely friendly and available and they have 2 very sweet dogs. There is a jacuzzi, free internet, use of the lovely garden, and the rooms are nicely decorated and super clean. We wished we had more time available to spend at the Safed Inn.
