Accommodation Information
There are 4, 6 and 12 bunk dorms all with their own bathrooms. The 12 bunk is split into two levels and is really more like 2 six bunk rooms.
Private rooms with shared bathrooms are also available.
There is a well equipped kitchen with a great eating space and two courtyards/terrace one front and back. The front terrace looks out on the tree lined boulevard that runs along the River Leitrim and looks out over Georgian houses on the other side. It is really pretty view.
We have a great common room with a wide screen TV ,a piano and a a guitar if you would like to use it. The other has loads of games from playing cards to board games. Both rooms have televisions for movie/sports nights.
We have an eating area in the kitchen and also a combined eating/common room area.
Location Information
Wicklow Town is ideally located on the east coast, one hour from Dublin city, about 20 mins from the mountains and 3 mins from the sea! You can visit Glendalough's monastic settlement, a world heritage site, only 20 minutes away, while in Wicklow Town itself a visit to Wicklow Gaol, the most haunted place in Ireland, cannot be missed. Hire a bike to discover little known forest walks, go Mountain trail biking or hill walking- let us help you arrange what you want to do. A multitude of activities are within a stones throw- horseriding, golf, swimming, an ecology centre, cookery, surf lessons and bowling.
