Overview
New 5 Star hostel that reopened in April 2008 after a €4m refurbishment. Previously an old farmhouse and is situated in a wonderful tranquil position commanding superb views of Glencree and the mountains that ring it. Hostel is open 8.00am-10.00am and 17.00pm - 22.00pm.
Our newest 5 star hostel which was previously a converted farmhouse, is set at the bottom of Knockree, overlooking Glencree Mountains. The Wicklow Way passes through the hostel grounds and so the ideal location for hillwalkers. Knockree hostel boasts all the usual characteristics of a top rated 5 star property including en-suite rooms, family rooms, conference rooms, restaurant, self catering kitchen, full car & coach parking and internet access. All rooms have a spectacular view of the amazing scenery that surrounds this hostel.

The closest shop to this hostel is in Enniskerry Village which will take you 1.5 hours to walk to it.
