Disliked: Staff very unpleasant, not welcoming or helpfull at all. It was expansive for the poor quality and poor comfort this property offers (breakfast 7€, rooms are gloomy... and I repeat : staff very unpleasant)

Liked: The staff was really nice, and you get a free locker to put your stuff in. A very comfortable hostel, quiet and away from the city sounds, not like Waterford is very loud anyways.
Disliked: The door to the room doesn't have a lock and key.

Liked: wonderfull kitchen facilities
Disliked: Portree asked me 10 EUROS for guarantee I will return the key to them when i checking in , but they canot to be on the initiative to return the deposit to me meanwhile i checking out , i dropped them an email about they didn't return me 10 EUROS after I leaved Waterford, but them still didn't answer me about what they will do for me, till now, one week past, actually, i don't care the 10 EUROS,I care they didn't return money to guest, that make me feel bad
