Liked: it's an old hotel, it's huge and more hotel-like than hostel-like. old furniture and curtains, a fireplace and a well equipped hotel kitchen o use for your own cooking, really nice!

Disliked: that it wasn't right where we assumed it would be from the description but about 12 km away from the clifs of moher in a little village

Liked: Old hotel with good cooking facilities and neat rooms. Great reading/TV room.

Disliked: Without a car at hand, the location is quite remote.

Liked: The property was excellent value for the money. It was more like staying in a hotel than a hostel. The kitchen, dining room and lounge were great. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

Liked: It has a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very nice.

Disliked: Everything could be refurbished, but then again it's a hostel and not a hotel.

Liked: We liked the nice en-suite room with beautiful view into garden, spacious kitchen, dinnig room and most... the shared living room with fireplace. Great. We felt in this huge house like at home, also staff was very kind and friendly.

Disliked: we booked a private 4 person room and we had a rather smelly guest join us early in the morning, even though our room was private and locked.

Liked: Big place, really busy. Nice and clean and close to town. Beds uncomfortable, even by hostel standards...

Liked: parking was excellent. staff were very friendly. hostel was in a perfect location..far enough awy from town to be quiet but close enough to walk in and feel safe on the road.

Liked: Very clean and was easy to find. There was no bar which we thought there was. The kitchen was big and plenty of space to sit and relax. Rooms were clean and tidy but one bathroom for the whole dorm was slightly annoying.

Liked: The front desk guy was amazing. Fun, friendly, helpful, cheerful, made our stay perfect. He showed us around and made us feel at home, offering tea and coffee and helping with laundry.

Liked: This is more of a hotel than a hostel...for the price of a hostel. Absolutely amazing. Very clean & comfortable. Wonderful beds.

Liked: Nice and spacious, and though close to Lisdoonvarna it was also cut off from everything and most relaxing. Value for money they don’t come much better and more worthy of a visit. I hope not only to return but to their hostel in Connemara.
