Reception is only open Mon-Fri 9am- 5pm. If you are arriving outside of these times, please ring the on-call number supplied after booking. If there is a no show or cancellation received 48 hours or less before arrival date you will be charge for the 1st night less the deposit paid at time of booking. Please note that the Benwiskin Centre will contact you by email to acknowledge your booking. You are required to reply to the Benwiskin Centre’s email. Failure to reply may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.

About The Benwiskin Centre
Why visit the Benwiskin Centre Hostel?
Are you looking for hostels in Sligo or self catering in Sligo, then look no further? The Benwiskin Centre is an ideal base for your family to explore the North West. The Benwiskin Centre is a 26 bed Hostel and Self Catering Accommodation Centre in a rural village called Ballintrillick, which is in North County Sligo.
PLEASE NOTE: Check in time is AFTER 2.00pm on the day of your arrival and check out time is at 11.00am on the day of your departure. Please call during office hours on 00353 (0)71 9176721 and advise us if you expect to arrive outside of these hours. On settlement of your reservation fees, you will then be given the code for our door entry system whereby you can gain access to the building without a staff member being present.
The nearest village to the Centre is in Cliffoney (approx. 4 miles) so if you arriving by foot, you are advised to purchase your groceries in advance.
The Benwiskin Centre was an old school, which has been renovated, restored and extended and offers high quality self-catering accommodation as follows:-

• 3 Twin rooms - 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds (private)

This room is ideal for backpackers/single travelers, the room can also be occupied by a group (please contact the Centre for this option). Our dormer room has 3 sets of bunk beds. The room has en-suite facilities and all bed linen is provided.

Our twin room is ideal for couples or group. The room has two single beds and a set of bunk beds. The room has en-suite facilities and all bed linen is provided.
DOUBLE / FAMILY ROOM
Our double room is ideal for 2 or families of 4/5. The room has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. A fold up bed or cot are available on request (fold up bed extra charge). The room has en-suite facilities and all bed linen is provided.
The Benwiskin Centre is located in Ballintrillick, North County Sligo, and approx. 16 miles outside of Sligo Town. Travel North on the N15 to Cliffony, the nearest village to us.
If you are using Public Transport, you should be able to get to Cliffony quite easily. From Cliffony to Ballintrillick, if you do not want to walk, you will need a Taxi - Please call local Taxi - Jack Connolly on 087 770 7113.
