Liked: The location is excellent,the room I stayed in was spacious and very stylish, and the bed was very comfortable.The staff was loveliest I've ever come across and the breakfast was by far the best I've ever had.I was happy to discover that they also served a vegetarian version of the Irish breakfast ! I'd definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Only minor details which didn't really effect me. There's no elevator as far as I could tell so those with bad knees or large suitcases beware. The shower cubicle was tiny (which is often the case) - I'm 5'4 and kept banging my elbows against the walls while washing my hair! They also do mention that the hotel is located at the city centre so some noise is expected. In fact,there are two nightclubs on the same street and Limerick being an university city there is a lot of noise during the week as well. I also found the breakfast room very chilly so you'd better take a sweater with you.

Liked: Clean, safe and good location

Disliked: Hotel has had its name changed for some time, it was therefore difficult to find based on the directions provided in the hostrlbookers' email, and the hotel had never actually received the booking so it was fortunate they had something available. Understaffed, and not particularly resourceful (eg couldn't provide me with a Europe-UK adaptor), wifi signal not available in all rooms.

Liked: It's central, the staff are friendlty and efficient and make the extra effort to accommodate any extra requirements that you may have.

Liked: The night staff got up at 5:30AM to prepare the breakfast for me because I had to check out by 6 AM to catch a bus to the Shannon Airport.
