 Friendly atmosphere, young people, location of hostel is just brilliant, free breakfest but few places for sitting

Excellent location, and we stayed in a nice large room with ensuite bathroom. Quite nice, although we hear that a lot of the other rooms were much smaller!!

Fantastic staff, really friendly and helpful. They really seemed to care whether guests were having a good time, and genuinely tried to help set up bookings in whatever way they could. The place was SO CLEAN, even though the turnover of guests is really high due to tour groups moving through, I felt like the kitchen and washrooms were impeccable. Located right down the street from the entrance to Killarney National Park, so any outdoor enthusiasts can pretty much trip out the front door and land in a beautiful wild space.

then layout of the hostel is quite good. I like how they will store your luggage at no extra charge and the kitchen is perfect for cooking your own meals
