 I had such a pleasant stay in Galway and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at the hostel really contributed to this. It was very clean and bright and they made every effort to accommodate you.

Great rates, great place to meet people from all around the world. The staff was very helpful, and the location was perfect - just across the street from the bus station and right around the corner from all the pubs. Just be prepared for beds that are very close together in the larger dorms.

Everybody was very kind and although i did a wrong booking(which forced me to move to another Hostel), they helped me to find one!!!! CLEAN!!!!! FRIENDLY!!!! NICE PUB, with fair prices directly in the House!

The friendly staff, the free coffee or tea and breakfast in the morning, the location and the suprisingly BRIGHT room, usually hostel rooms are dungeon-like!

Close to the city, as the name says, actually right in the heart, thats how their staff are, friendly and warm hearted.

It started very good in the afternoon when we arrived... the weather was fantastic and the hostel looked fantastic from the outside!!!! Typical Irish!!! Fantastic staff, located near everything.Nice view over Eyre´s Square! Nice other people in our room! Got better room than we paid... Kitchen area really nic with TV and internet! Breakfast included.Was really good!!!!it was a fantastic stay!!!!! If I´ll visit Galway again I would always choose the Galway City Hostel again...Thanks so much
