Lisa JonesIt was unusual, lovely artwork inside, cozy common room. Small but comfortable. We stayed in a 2 bed room which was small but adequate. Staff were very friendly and the hostel did a discount on the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren which we highly recommend - was a brilliant day out. |

Customer reviewnice staff, good atmosphere well located but the rooms were cold and wet. Sometimes noisy. Bathrooms were not comfortable at all and not so clean (hair in the shower, dirty toilets) |

Customer reviewChild friendly, nice breakfast, friendly staff and reasonably comfortable beds. They have a nice sitting room with tv and movies, plus free internet access. Clean and well appointed, with a fun and laid back atmosphere. We would stay at the Claddagh again when we get back to Galway. Of all the other hostels we booked throughout Ireland it had the most for the same amount of money. |

Cathie SullivanThe person staffing the desk helped us out several times. But what was great was that we decided to leave Galway sooner than planned and Claddagh refunded our money for the nights not needed with no penalty or question. We really appreciated that! |

Customer reviewit offered a range of things to do and see for the tourist. Was very clean and comfy. With a staff of multi nationals it is quite hard at times to be understood. |
