Liked: Very good location!

Disliked: Our room was not cleaned very well. Also, internet was spotty.

Liked: It was in a very central area for buses, shopping and sightseeing. The building was old-timely and quirky. The bed was soooo comfortable after a 24 hour flight.

Disliked: The doors were hard to open and close, and the bar is very loud til the early hours. But after a long flight, you barely notice the noise.

Liked: Breakfast is okay, but location is EXCELENT! Love this place, highly reccomended

Disliked: They have only one key for room so you have to drop them at the front desk everytime you leave the room

Liked: perfect location in the heart of temple bar!!! The free drink in their bar was an added bonus along side the free breaky in the morning! Nothing fancy but just enough to get you goin in the morning before all the sightseeing!! Also not mentioned on the website is that they offer free fruit in the reception!! A cool way to save on snacks during the day!!

Disliked: The only negative is no common area to socialise but thus is outweighed by the fact you can walkout the door and have so much choice in what pub or bar you want to visit!!

Liked: Staff were incredibly helpful in giving advice with where to go etc, excellent location and really good value for money - a free drink on arrival and breakfast too!

Disliked: There really was nothing bad - was worried about only having 1 key for the room, but could leave it at reception (manned 24 hours) so whoever came home first could take the key.

Liked: Great location in Temple Bar! Got a free pint with checking in and a good free map of Dublin.

Disliked: Our bathroom shower did not have a shower curtain and caused the entire bathroom to flood. If you went into the bathroom hours after a shower there was still disgusting puddles of water everywhere. To make it worse the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been clean in awhile so there was hair all over in the puddles. We asked for a curtain which was not given till the next evening. Also the ladies running breakfast were extremely rude and acted as if we were bothering them by asking for something. One key per room was awful! It was double doored so if someone was knocking there was no way for the person in the room to be able to hear you! We were locked out of our room after coming home for the evening. So annoying!

Liked: It is literally right in the heart of the city, and the staff is very helpful.

Disliked: If you are trying to just get some sleep, I'd go farther out of the city. For a place to have a few pints and sing loudly, you're right at home!

Liked: Great Location, Great Price

Disliked: Only one key for a room of 8, so it was a hassle. Also, the shower had no temperature gauge, and even if it did it would still go from Burning hot to freezing cold

Liked: Nice staff, free pint

Disliked: It was way too noisy, if you want to sleep DO NOT go to this hostel, our window was right over the smoking area of the pub, impossible to close an eye until 3 in the morning. Plus, the bed linen was absolutely disgusting.

Liked: very very central, couldnt have been more central. Friendly atmosphere in the breakfast area. nice age mix - surprising how many older people there were choosing to stay in a hostel! staff were helpful. rooms were clean.

Disliked: entrance is not very clear. reception area a little dark , could be more inviting. being so central came with the evening noise that you would expect

Liked: À lot of facilities for little money, great location in the centre of dublin.

Disliked: since it is located in the heart of temple bar and close to a lot of pubs, there is quote a lot of noise at night.

Liked: I liked the fact the pub was part of the atmosphere. The traditional Irish setting was a lot of fun to witness. The complementary drink was also very nice.

Disliked: I would rather the staff would pay attention who they were placing in the dorms. My dorm started out with just girls from the ages 18-20 and there were about 6 of us. Then they placed an older man, about 45 years-old, who was traveling alone in our room. He made all of us very uncomfortable.

Disliked: The key system a problem as if the other people are in the room but asleep then you can't get in the room.Once I tried to get into the rrom and the 2 girls,one in the shower and the other had her headphones on and couldn't hear me knocking on the door.
