Liked: Staff very helpfull and friendly. Good location. Nice Irish Breakfast (except coffee). Room clean.

Disliked: Only details : Sink very small in the bathroom of the private room for 2 persons. Have to wait a long time to have hot water (almost 10 minutes each time). Wifi doesn't work. Bad coffee (otherwise the breakfast was really good).

Liked: Situation

Disliked: breakfast is NOT that good as I saw in the comments before going to Dublin. I book a double room but I was alone and the owner didn´t change me to a single room and I had to pay for two people...

Liked: It was very clean and cozy. Great breakfast. Free Street Parking was great. Wifi was great. Good stay here!

Disliked: A bit of a walk from the center, but not bad ;)

Liked: Excellent location, within walking distance from O'Connell Street. Fantasic breakfast, I didn't need to eat for the rest of the day!! Seamus is the perfect host, very welcoming, helpful and created a warm, friendly environment. I absolutely recomment this place and would stay there again.

Liked: Personal service from the staff, great location in central Dublin but very quiet. Good value at 60 Euros per night for 2, including breakfast.

Disliked: Room was a little small and no internet.

Liked: location was great

Disliked: rooms on the street side were very noisy; some young guests were very noisy (they needed to be told the difference between a B&B and a hotel) I had to get up at 5am and only got 2 hrs sleep because of their constant talking with friends. Also, next door to me, the TV was loud, and the woman there had to talk louder to be heard by her husband. They should not be any TV's in the rooms. Guests should be advised to use the front parlour and TV to socialize.

Liked: I found the staff to be extremely helpful. Also having a complementary hearty breakfast was a nice way to start off the day.

Disliked: The location became very quiet at night, which made me feel uneasy since I was traveling alone.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and respectful atmosphere. Very clean, comfy beds, great breakfast, good location, and great value. Highly recommended!

Liked: Close to the city in an old Georgian building. Quiet, clean and affordable: for the location and price it's excellent value. Friendly owner and staff.

Disliked: Passers-by made a racket in the street one night. This, however, was no reflection on the owner or the property.

Liked: Parkway B&B was a very nice place to stay for a couple of nights. It was perfect walking distance to Temple Bar, the heart of Dublin. Parkway guesthouse is also very close to O´Connell street, one of the biggest shopping streets of Dublin. From O´Connelstreet it´s possible to get a sightseeing bus "Jump on-jump off" wich take you arond all famouse places in Dublin. I´ll recommend this place for my friends if they ever visit Dublin or Ireland.

Disliked: The beds was´t comfortable because of the mattresses´was´t good.

Liked: The owner is really friendly and helpful person. Staff was also very friendly. It's close to O'Connell street and really close to aircoach stop.

Disliked: Rooms were rather small, but it was ok for this price.

Liked: It is a nice facility and the rooms are nice. I had a good nights sleep each night, but there were def things that could be better.

Disliked: The internet would not work on the floor they put me on, which was a big no no. It costs a few euro to make sure everyone can have internet in their rooms, so this was really bad and hurt my ability to plan my days a lot. In addition, the place was pretty cold and the heat can't be put on until 6pm. Also, no one was around - I am not joking I did not see a single person outside of the staff at any time during my stay. Granted I stayed in a single and did not eat breakfast, but no one hung out in the common rooms really and it was a large building so it is easy to separate.

Liked: Good value for money, good breakfast and very friendly hosts, helpful and accommodating. Clean and as described.

Disliked: Single room was a bit in the small side, shower outside of the room was a bit claustrophobic. Bed would need to be replaced as squeeks every time you turn.

Liked: Such a charming old building - character in loads!! The rooms might need a little updating, but it is an old building so that is only to be expected. Very pleasantly surprised when I realized that I got a room with ensuite instead of the shared bathroom I thought I had booked. Also a huge plus for the comfy duvets =)

Disliked: That I didn't stay there for my entire trip!

Disliked: Bit sterile, not a place to meet people but it's a guesthouse rather than a hostel so wouldn't expect to!

Liked: a quiet and clean guesthouse with great breakfast. the location is good as it is 10 minutes walk from the action and still quiet. seamus is a great host and very helpful with anything u need.

Disliked: the wifi internet is free but average. not really the place to meet people but if thats what you're looking for, there's a couple of bars close by with cheap drinks. overall highly recommended.
