Deerpark Lodge is a elegantly decorated house situated perfectly at the edge of Dublin City. Next to the gates of Phoenix Park where Dublin Zoo, Aras an Uachtarain and Farmleigh House are all located.

Walking distance from the Historic village of Castleknock where a selection of excellent pubs and even better restaurants can be found. Dublin City, Dublin Airport and The Blanchardstown Shopping Centre are all a short car journey away aswell as a bus to the city from right outside the door.

Located at the Castleknock Gate of The Phoenix Park, Deerpark Lodge is perfectly placed to travel anywhere in the city.

In The Phoenix Park you will find Dublin Zoo, Aras an Uachtarain (The Presidents House), The American Embassadors House and Farmleigh House.

Dublin Airport, The City Centre, The Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and The Liffey Valley Shopping Centre can all be reached by Taxi or Car on a 20-30 minute journey depending on traffic.

Were a 5 minute walk from the hugely Historic Castleknock Village where you will find an excellent selection of pubs and even better restaurants. Castlknock gets its name from the Gaelic "Caislean Cnucha" which means, "Castle on the Hill". The castle can be found on the spectacular grounds of the nearby Castleknock College. A Vincentian Brothers college that is infamous for schoolboy rugby. It is on these grounds that many battle's took place hundereds of years ago. It is written that the father of the Legendary Fionn MacCumhall fell in battle on these grounds and is now buried under the watch tower that lies on the hill of Castleknock.
