Liked: Absolutely nothing.A total doss house.I would have prerred to have slept out on the street

Disliked: There was no proper showers,no community lounge.The back yard was full of drunks shouting till the early hours.As a result I got little or no sleep

Liked: Great hostel, staff are really friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are really clean and spacious. Best value for money in Dublin. Just ask for Aaron and he'll sort you out!

Disliked: noise from the Dart train. no toilet on my floor. no computer at reception for staff to check booking, resulting in me being asked to pay more than i should. shower and toilet area not clean, and a hole in the wall beside the shower

Liked: it was close to dublin city center but wasn't very clean the bathrooms were in need of a clean but other then that its what was expected for the money!

Liked: Really helpfull and friendly staff ,really relaxed atmosphere and I had a fun time in this hostel meeting people from all over the world , the price was the cheapest i could find and i can't wait to back here again!!

Liked: The location was excellent in centre and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions.The staff were very helpful with sugestions on where to go for eating and pubs etcetra.One fab sugestion they made which we followed was to take the free city walking tour by sandemans.This was a dublin highlighter for us so we thanx themfor that.We left our valuables at the reception lockup,this felt very secure as the reception reminded us that it was under the cctv cameras.All in all Dublin was fun for pubs and clubs,and the hostel made us feel very welcome.We hope to return in Ireland when the weather is better in summer hopefilly and we can stay again

Liked: Good location, but building was so run down. Also not clean at all. Was put in a dorm with, a they described, 'some long term vistors', and the room was disgusting. It smelt so bad and there was suff literally everywhere, every bed looked like it was in use and when bringing this to the staffs attention they simply said, 'oh no there are only few people staying in there so just move the stuff off one of the beds, I think the top bunks are clean' ... was not very impressed. I would look elsewhere, there are plenty of cheap options which I hear have much better services.

Liked: when we needed toilet paper we always had to ask for it at the reception, and this was not so comfortable; there was no clean service in the room in a whole week..! and we had continuous troubles with the WC...i don't want to speak about the details, if you know what i mean...finally, the director of the hostel, Mr Michael J. Doherty, tried to be kind to us but he made us pay more money than we expected. but you know guys, the wi-fi service was quite good.
